The Unknown Perks of Apple One, Part 1

Like every other tech nerd, I was excited for Apple One to finally release. For my use case, this means I continue paying the same monthly amount I was before but now get added services like News+, TV+ and Fitness+.

The break down:

• $15 for Apple Music
• $10 for iCloud Storage
• $5 for Apple Arcade

The Premier bundle costs me $29.95/month.

First Mistake

This was the first time Finn had ever played any game on any console. After trying a few different ones, I purchased a controller. I gave it to Finn the same day.

Final Result

I haven’t watched one show since that then. Not on Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu or Apple TV+. I’m not sure I’ll ever get the TV back from him. When I’m watching him play, I remember that feeling. I felt the same thing the first time I jumped on a Goomba in Super Mario Brothers on Nintendo. That excitement. That pure joy. I wish I would’ve gotten it for him sooner.
